Rated as one of the greatest economic strategy games ever created, Brass: Birmingham tells the story of competing entrepreneurs in the West Midlands of England during the Industrial Revolution (1770–1870). Over Canal and Rail eras, players establish industries (cotton mills, coal mines, ironworks, potteries, and breweries), build transport networks, and trade goods to dominate the industrial economy. Designed by Martin Wallace, Gavan Brown, and Matt Tolman, Brass: Birmingham features an interconnected economic ecosystem. Players must balance developing industries with securing coal, iron, and beer to flip their industry tiles and score victory points. Designed for 2 to 4 players, games run 60 to 120 minutes. With stunning dark-toned artwork and tight decision-making, it represents the absolute pinnacle of heavy Euro strategy design.
